Thank you!

All Ollie Fest raffle winners have been contacted! Thank you all for supporting our school. We appreciate the patience, understanding and grace from our otter families during our extended wait time for rescheduling the raffle. We thank you for your flexibity in trying this new way of combo online and in-person to complete it by the end of the school year. Ollie Fest Raffle is HERE!!

Finally, the wait is over!  Thank you for your patience while our committee waited and worked through all the changes the last 2 months has brought our world.

Raffle begins online May 20th with opportunities to purchase tickets in person the last 2 days.  Online purchasing is May 20-June 1stIn person dates are June 1 & 2 at school during belonging pickup.  DRAWING OF ALL RAFFLES begins JUNE 2nd at 12:30pm. Winners will be called shortly after the drawings.

20/21 PTA OPEN POSITIONS

PTA needs YOU! See below for open positions. Don’t see one that you think would be great, contact us with that comment too! Send questions and inquiries to email: ogesptapresident@gmail.com.

Open: ~President-work with pta and administration to support the school in any way pta can, preside over general meetings, help board come up with budget with admin, and more. (avg 5hr/wk)

~Vice President-work with pta and admin to help find support for school, preside over general meetings, support committee chairs, and more ( avg 5hr/wk)
~Treasurer ~work with our budget, board, and administraition, reimburse purchases. (our Current T would be happy to help walk you through all it entails. ) (8hrs/wk)

~Audit Committee– Work with the treausrer to hold PTA accountable on expenses by looking over the books.
~Yearbook Co-Chair -this coming year is our fabulous chair’s last year so if you have ever wanted to do yearbook, NOW is your chance to have someone to walk beside!. ~Communications Chair: update FB, our site, bulletin boards, carpool signs, flyers. ~Collectibles/Fundraising-oversee boxtops, rcityrocks, fun run.
~Ollie the Otter– have fun dressing up as Ollie at different events ~Health & Wellness- help create fun healthy events, and more.

~Nominating Chair– need at least 3 people-nominate people for the board.
~Ollie Fest Raffle & auctions– seek out donations for the fest.

~Otter Family Events– create and over see outside meetups-ex. park play dates, caregiver coffee meetups

~Spirit Nights-Create and oversee things such as: Stem night, author night, limitless potential! Get creative and talk with the board about your ideas.

~Teacher Appreciation-can come up with and implement ideas for the year! (previous chairs are willing to walk you through what they’ve done too).

~Translations-Translate PTA communucations.
